June 3, 2023 - Ventura County Sheriff's Office officials report that investigators with the Ventura County Fentanyl and Overdose Crimes Units (VCFOCUS) conducted an investigation of a non-fatal overdose, which led to the arrest of David Velasquez and Jeremy Navarro for drug and theft related charges. On May 21, 2023, at approximately (1921 hours) 7:21 P.M., Deputies assigned to the Camarillo Police Department were dispatched to the 2400 block of Barry Street in the city of Camarillo for a person not breathing call.
