A magnitude-3.9 near Ojai rattled parts of Southern California early Tuesday The quake in roughly the same location as Sunday's magnitude-5.1 'hurriquake' was reported at 4:39 a.m. There were no reports of damaged, but shaking was felt in several Ventura County communities. The quake comes after Mother Nature delivered a one-two punch Sunday when an in Ventura County triggered widespread shaking on the same day as the region was drenched by its first tropical storm in decades.
